If you received the wrong item, shipping was lost, or you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on Skincare products, Soap, Sugar Flavor, Chocolate, Teas, Coffees, Brew or any opened product. Eligible products include all non-consumables. We are happy to offer a replacement or shop credit for certain circumstances.

You may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused conditions with the original packaging and original box within 15 days of purchase. All items must arrive at our facility in original condition (unopened and unused), this includes Teawares, Decor, and Accessories.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace it in a timely manner! Please include photos of packaging issue and the received product.

To successfully process your request, report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to info@sweetenvygf.com.

 

RETURNING PACKAGE

Please contact us via email info@sweetenvygf.com within 10 days of purchasing and we will do our best to help you correct the issue. 

Any opened and used products will be sent back to the sender.

Please include your name, your order number, and any additional information that will help us address your concerns.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and items lost in the mail. To help prevent any delay, make sure to collect your return tracking information and ensure the package for good measure. Allow 3-7 business days for a refund to post.

However, they are unauthorized and therefore we cannot guarantee that they maintain our high standards in presentation, storing, and shipping of our items. For those reasons, we cannot offer a return policy on purchases made from other unauthorized resellers. If you do experience a problem from an unauthorized reseller please contact us.
